I’ve never been much of a whiskey drinker- I couldn’t tell you the difference between the taste of whiskey and whisky (and until recently thought ‘Scotch’ was a completely different drink). I do have a bottle of Knob Creek in my cabinet, given to me as a gift, which I asked for specifically only after scanning a few bartender’s websites for what’s considered “good”.
But this year I walked by the High West Distillery in Park City a few too many times and had to go in. And after tasting High West’s double rye I’m so glad I did!
